Located at 1 Bedok Central (Formerly 799 New Upper Changi Road), Frasers Property has decided to revamp the existing Bedok Point into a brand new mixed development Sky Eden. The development would feature both the retails and residentials and offers variety of lifestyle choices to the residents.

The Lease would be at 99years, and targeted launch date in Q3 2022.

Estimated TOP would be in 2026.

What to Look out for in Bedok

Bedok is home to some of the earliest neighbourhoods and HDB estates.

Today, it boasts a variety of landscapes ranging from bustling neighbourhood centres to the tranquil reservoir and coastal parks. Bedok has been a liveable and comfortable home environment catered for families. 

Under the URA Masterplan, more housing developments with amenities, transportation, educational and recreational facilities are added on.

These include infill developments throughout Bedok and the new Bayshore precinct. The soon-to-be ready Thomson-East Coast Line, running through Bedok South, will also provide residents with more public transport options.
